Who the controller is
The data controller is KW4W (Kosova Women for Women), registered in Prishtina under the NGO registration number published on the About us page. The office address, phone and email are on the Contact page and in the footer of every page.
For any question about your data you can write to the office email address or call during working hours. We require no account and we ask visitors for no password.
What we collect
We collect only what you write yourself in one of the three forms on the site:
- Registration form: first and last name, phone number, municipality, the programme chosen and your note if you fill one in.
- Contact form: subject, name, email or phone, and the message.
- Notify form: the email address only.
With every submission we also store the IP address, the browser and the time of submission. These three are used only to limit automated submissions and are deleted together with the record.
We use no analytics, we have no third-party trackers, and there is no advertising pixel on this site.
Why we use it
We use registration data to contact you about the course, to confirm the schedule and the location, and to report participant numbers to donors — donors receive aggregate figures only, never names.
The legal basis is your consent, given at the moment you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in keeping a record of the requests we receive. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Retention and deletion
Registrations are kept for 24 months from the date of submission, the length of one donor reporting cycle. Contact messages are kept for 12 months. Notify addresses are deleted immediately after the single notification they were given for.
After those periods the row is deleted from the database in full. We keep no archive copies of form submissions outside the database.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for marketing. We share it only where the law requires it, or where you have asked us to put you in touch with an employer.
The site sends no email. What you submit is stored on our own server and read only by KW4W staff in the site's administration. The site sends no data to any external service, except the Google map on the Contact page.
Your rights
Under Law no. 06/L-082 on the Protection of Personal Data you have the right to request access to your data, its correction, its deletion, and the restriction of or objection to its processing.
You can make the request by email or by phone. We answer within 30 days. We charge no fee and we ask for no reason.
Complaints
If you believe your data has not been handled lawfully, you may complain to the Information and Privacy Agency of the Republic of Kosovo. We will help you with any information you need for the complaint.
