Acceptance of the terms
By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site; we give the same information by phone during office hours.
Use of the site
The site is public and free. No account is required, no email address is required to read or to download a document, and no part of the site sits behind a payment.
Automated use that loads the server is not permitted, nor is bulk copying of the content in order to republish it as your own. Quotation with attribution is always permitted and welcome.
Registering for programmes
Submitting the registration form is not by itself acceptance onto a programme. After you submit it we call you within five working days to confirm the course, the schedule and the number of places available.
The number of places shown next to each course is the number at the time of publication and may change. When a course fills, the request moves to a waiting list and we let you know.
Intellectual property
The text, photographs and documents published here belong to KW4W or are used with permission. Stories are published with the written consent of the person concerned and may not be republished without that consent.
Documents for download
Documents are published as submitted or as approved. Next to every row is the date the file was last verified. If a file does not open or appears damaged, tell us and we will replace it.
External links
This site contains links to donor websites and to press articles. We have no control over their content and take no responsibility for it. A link is not an endorsement of everything on the destination page.
Responsibility
We keep the content accurate and up to date, and every figure is published with the year in which it was measured. We do not however guarantee that the site will always be available or free of errors.
KW4W is not an emergency service. This site does not replace professional, legal or medical help.

These terms may change. The date of the last update is at the top of this page. Changes take effect at the moment of publication.
