June 24, 2020: Rudina Qosja born in Prishtina on 19.05.1985, completed her primary and secondary school in Prishtina and studied in the Faculty of Economics. Rudina Qosja, initially started her work in gastronomy in her husband's restaurant and she was involved for many years in the preparation of sweets. Seeing the success in the restaurant, she decided to start her own micro-business. Today, Rudi’s Cake Factory s known for a very special confectionery concept in Kosovo. Working in the area of gastronomy gives her a lot of pleasure because she is constantly in contact with different people and always tries to meet their needs along with her staff. Rudina has brought a host of unique dessert recipes to Kosovo. Vanessa is the most sought cake in her shop and it contains raspberry chocolate and is Rudina's own discovery. She emphasizes that the purpose of opening Rudi’s Cake Factory was to bring a new taste to Kosovo, so that people always try something different.
thanks to her work, Rudina has managed to benefit from the startup grant through the "Women's Opportunities in Market, Economy and Networking (WOMEN)" project, which is implemented by Kosova Women 4 Women, and is funded by the German Government through GIZ Kosovo.
